Jaime Croissant plays a key role in ensuring our office runs efficiently and provides valuable support for our financial advisors and clients. She manages a wide array of responsibilities, including handling service requests, processing account transactions, assisting with paperwork and delivering a high-quality client experience.
Personable and detail-oriented, Jaime strives to ensure clients receive timely and thorough responses to each of their requests. She is committed to providing quality service while supporting the overall productivity of the team.
Before joining our team in October 2023, Jaime served as a client service associate at both Hefren-Tillotson and Baird, where she built a solid foundation in financial services. She is now an investment adviser representative and holds a Series 65 certification. Additionally, she spent several years teaching art at both the elementary and high school levels, bringing with her a strong sense of creativity, organization and problem-solving. Jaime earned her bachelor’s degree in art education from Seton Hill University in 2020.
Jaime lives in Allison Park with her mischievous cat, Jasper. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, reading fantasy novels, traveling with her family and teaching art lessons. A lifelong learner, Jaime is passionate about both finance and the arts and hopes to one day open her own art studio to teach students of all ages.
