Michelle Jensen leads with clarity, structure and strategic focus in her role as president of Touchstone Capital. Dedicated to fostering values-driven leadership, she supports mission-centered business growth and contributes to organizational initiatives that emphasize clarity, culture and collaboration. She is responsible for guiding company-wide initiatives, improving internal operations and aligning cross-functional teams in support of the CEO’s vision and long-term goals. Her ability to bring order to complexity makes her a dedicated partner in building an organization that runs efficiently and intentionally.

With over a decade of experience in the education sector, Michelle brings deep expertise in process development, team collaboration and strategic project management. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in human resources and is deeply committed to creating cohesive teams and efficient, repeatable processes that drive long-term success.

Michelle lives in the western suburbs of Pittsburgh with her husband, Matt, their son, Maverick, and their dog, Memphis. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, running, listening to podcasts and spending quality time with family and friends.
