Michelle Snyder

Michelle Snyder brings over a decade of leadership experience in organizational operations, hiring strategy and business transformation. At Touchstone Capital, she plays a key role in team development, systems implementation and operational integration, especially during times of transition and growth.

Known for her clear thinking and ability to execute, Michelle oversees cross-functional initiatives that drive scalability, such as CRM and marketing automation builds, recruiting system design and training enablement. She supports the team through mergers, platform transitions and technology adoption, ensuring alignment between vision and execution.

Originally from Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, Michelle now lives in Lower Burrell, a suburb of Pittsburgh, with her husband of 17 years and their 12-year-old daughter. In her free time, she enjoys baking, cooking, gardening and crafting. Michelle also serves on the board of Touchstone Cares, where she provides operational and team development support similar to her work at Touchstone Capital.
