We are thrilled to announce that our Senior Client Service Associate, Liz Treater was recently appointed and commissioned Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are pleased to announce that she will provide by appointment only confidential notarial services for clients and employees of Touchstone Capital, Inc at no charge. 

The services Liz can provide include: 

• Acknowledgments 
• Oaths or Affirmations 
• Copy Certifications 
• Witnessing or Attesting Signatures 
• Verifications on Oath or Affirmations 
• Protests of Negotiable Instruments 

**She cannot provide motor vehicle and driver licensing services that require notarization.**

As required by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Liz has obtained a bond in the amount of $10,000 and completed a mandatory basic notary course of study. For additional protection, she has private Errors & Omissions Insurance in the amount of $30,000. 

Please note that the signer of any document must appear in person before Liz. If the signer is not personally known to Liz, he or she must present a current, government-issued ID. A driver’s license or non-driver photo ID meets these requirements. Full cooperation with this requirement is sincerely appreciated and will be strictly enforced.
